Crematorium operating procedure
On that date after a person arrives to reserve a cremation
Checking if a cremation has separated.
If cremation is not scheduled for that day, information about the documents required for the same.
Death certificate
Applicant’s National Identity Card and copy
National ID card and copy of deceased person
Certificate issued by the Village Officer where the deceased resided
Giving instructions to those people to fill the application issued by the council for separation of cremation.
After filling the application, accept the necessary documents and issue the receipt for the payment of cremation.
After paying the money, enter the required information in the cremation register and fill in the approval letters and get approval for the permit.
Issue the permission slip to the concerned persons and forward one copy to the crematorium custodian. Filing of office transcript.
